清热宣肺贴治疗婴幼儿肺炎反复发作的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨清热宣肺贴治疗婴幼儿肺炎反复发作的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2021年6月西安医学院第二附属医院肺炎反复发作婴幼儿106例,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组53例。常规组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用清热宣肺贴辅助常规西药治疗。两组连续治疗1周比较两组临床效果、中医证候积分、炎症因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、Ig M、Ig G]、不良反应及复发情况。结果 试验组临床效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-4、TNF-α、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-4、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Ig A、Ig M、Ig G水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Ig A、Ig M、Ig G水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 清热宣肺贴治疗婴幼儿肺炎反复发作的临床效果显著,能降低中医证候积分,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫功能,安全性高。Objective To study clinical effect of Qingre Xuanfei Ties in the treatment of recurrent infantile pneumonia.Methods One hundred and six infants with recurrent pneumonia in Second Affiliated Hospital of Xian Medical College from January 2016 to June 2021 were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group according to random number table method,with fifty three cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Qingre Xuanfei Ties as an assistant of conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for one week.Clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factors [interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP)],immune function[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,Ig M,Ig G],adverse reaction and recurrence of two groups were compared.Results Clinical effect of experimental group was better than that of conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and experimental group was lower than that conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P0.05).After treatment,IL-4,TNF-α,and CRP levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and experimental group was lower than that conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig M,and Ig G in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and experimental group was lower than that conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Qingre Xuanfei Ties is effective in the treatment of recurrent infantile pneumonia.It can reduce the score of Chinese medicine syndrome,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve immune function,and has high safety.
