消疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈HR-HPV病毒持续感染的回顾性分析及对HPV E6/E7病毒的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈HR-HPV病毒感染的疗效及对HPV E6/E7病毒的影响。方法:选取既往于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院及黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院就诊且符合纳入标准的患者100例,随机分为治疗组(消疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶)和对照组(重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶),两组患者根据要求规范性治疗3个月,观察患者治疗前后HR-HPV病毒感染率、E6/E7 mRNA阳性率、中医证候评分变化,以及随访期间复发情况,完整记录患者病情变化及按期随访。结果:经对比分析,发现消疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶与单纯重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶相比,可以显著降低患者HR-HPV病毒及HPV E6/E7 mRNA阳性率,用药后阴道菌群多样性及菌群密集度逐渐恢复动态平衡,局部微生态环境得到改善,促进了局部免疫力的恢复,并且显著改善了患者相关不适症状,总有效率更高、远期复发率更低。结论:消疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对降低宫颈感染阳性率,提高局部免疫力和抵抗力,阻止宫颈疾病进展具有重要意义。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoyou Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection and its influence to HPV E6/E7.Methods:100 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Xiaoyou Decoction.After three months of standard treatment,HR-HPV infection rate,E6/E7 mRNA positive rate,changes of TCM symptoms score and recurrent infection were observed in the two groups.Results:After comparative analysis,it was found that Xiaoyou Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel had significantly better effects on reducing the HR-HPV infection rate and HPV E6/E7 mRNA positive rate,improving the local vaginal micro-ecological environment,promoting the recovery of local immunity,and significantly improving the related discomforts of the patients than the simple application of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel,with its higher total efficacy and lower recurrent rate.Conclusion:Xiaoyou Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel is of great significance in reducing the positive rate of cervical infection,improving local immunity and resistance,and preventing the progression of cervical disease.
