摘 要:柳泉地区原油含蜡量高,油品性质接近稠油,清蜡不及时容易造成危害。自喷井结蜡是采油过程中经常遇到的问题,由于石蜡析出并不断附着在油管管壁以及其他井底设备,减小了油流通面积,增加了原油的流动阻力,致使自喷井减产。结蜡严重时,还会把油管完全堵塞,导致停产,作业困难。因此,自喷井清蜡是油井管理中极为重要的措施之一。The crude oil in Liuquan area has high wax content and its property is close to heavy oil.Paraffin formation is a common problem in the process of oil production.Paraffin precipitation and continuous adhesion to the tubing wall and other bottom-hole equipment reduces the oil flow area and increases the flow resistance of crude oil,resulting in production reduction in the wellhead.When the wax is serious,the tubing will be completely blocked,resulting in production suspension and difficult operation.Therefore,paraffin removal is one of the most important measures in oil well management.
