摘  要:针对核电机组大修期间防异物管理的难题,从项目管理知识体系出发,按照准备阶段的预防、实施阶段的控制以及总结阶段的反馈,对防异物管理的措施及方法进行探讨,优化大修防异物控制措施,进一步提升安全管理水平。In allusion to the difficulties of foreign matter prevention management during the overhauls of nuclear power units, starting from the project management body of knowledge, according to the requirements of prevention for the preparation stage, control for the implementation stage and feedbacks for the summary stage,the measures and methods for foreign matter prevention management are discussed, and the control measures for foreign matter prevention during overhaul are optimized to further improve the safety management level.
