摘　　要：针对电缆沟消防存在的问题,通过一起变电站电缆沟起火事件,提出变电站(换流站)电缆沟消防隐患排查的重点并总结了消防隐患的治理措施,以帮助运维人员进行日常消防工作的检查与整改,提升变电站(换流站)消防管理水平。In view of the existing problems in cable trench fire protection, taking a fire incident case in the cable trench of the substation as example, the key points for troubleshooting the fire hazards in cable trench of the substation(converter station) are proposed, and the countermeasures for such fire hazards are summarized, so as to help the operation and maintenance personnel carry out the inspection and rectification of daily fire protection activities, and improve the fire management level of the substation(converter station).
