新形势下大城市国际中文教育研究——以大连市高校承办孔子学院为例

摘　　要：大连市是孔子学院(简称孔院)中方合作院校最多的城市之一,在服务外国民众学习中文的同时,也促进了自身教育国际化、城市国际形象建设和经济社会发展。为适应百年变局、世纪疫情、事业转型等机遇和挑战,推动国际中文教育事业高质量发展,建议大连市加强统筹规划设计、优化孔院布局、参与多品牌中文项目、加强基础教学资源建设、发展在线中文教学,同时建议促进大城市建设发展、多渠道提供支持保障。大连市孔院建设对其他大城市参与新形势下的国际中文教育具有重要启发意义。Dalian is one of the cities with the largest number of cooperative institutions from Chinese side for Confucius Institutes. Dalian not only serves foreign people to learn Chinese, but also promotes the internationalization of its own education, the construction of the city’s international image and economic and social development. In order to adapt to the opportunities and challenges of unprecedented changes, the epidemic, and the transformation of Confucius institutes around the world, and promote the high-quality development of international Chinese education, the paper suggests that Dalian could strengthen overall planning and design, optimize the layout of Confucius Institutes, participate in multi-brand Chinese language programs, strengthen the construction of basic teaching resources, develop online Chinese language teaching. It also suggests promoting the construction and development of big urban cities, and providing support and guarantee through multiple channels. The construction of Confucius Institutes in Dalian is of great inspiration to other big cities in participating in international Chinese education under the new situation.
