摘 要:我国传统优势运动项目人才培养主要集中于竞技体育系统,“体”与“教”分离问题比较严重,现行体教融合举措难以落实。本文基于优势项目社会化特点,审视我国优势项目体教融合改革的盲区与困境,从优势项目本体、参与运动员主体的社会化发展视角提出以下发展路径:坚持以运动员为本理念,教育社会化是关键;优势项目社会化是保障,可持续发展是目标;体教部门融合是前提,竞技回归教育是核心;优质学校合作是措施,提升教育质量是前提;学训矛盾解决要重视,提高训练效率是手段;发挥体院优势是思路,网络体系建设要衔接。The training of traditional advantageous sports in China is mainly concentrated in the competitive sports system. The problem of the separation of “sports” and “teaching” is more serious, and the current integration measures of sports and education are difficult to implement. Based on the socialization characteristics of advantage projects, this paper examines the blind spots and difficulties of the integration reform of sports and education in advantages projects in China, and puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of the socialization development of advantage projects and athletes: adhering to the athletes-oriented concept and the socialization of education as the key;socialization of advantages projects as the guarantee and sustainable development as the goal;the integration of sports and education departments as the premise and the return of competition to education as the core;high quality school cooperation as the measure and improving the quality of education as the premise;resolving the contradiction between learning and training and improving training efficiency as the means;and giving full play to the advantages of sports institutes as the idea and the construction of network system as the path.
