摘  要:为改善零件疲劳强度、提升产品品质并节约成本,以冲击试验箱体零件受损为例,分析产品结构及零件受损情况,对其进行有限元分析和优化设计;利用Simulation软件对箱体零件进行疲劳强度分析,查看其应力变形云图,快速定位结构薄弱处;增加筋板、增加厚度或补平凸台,提高结构强度,并进行仿真结果分析和产品冲击试验。指出:箱体优化后其质量增幅为2.5%,外形基本不变,机械接口不变,箱体零件未损伤;运用有限元分析优化零件结构设计能缩短新产品开发周期,节约研发成本。In order to improve the fatigue strength of parts,enhance product quality and save costs,taking the damage of box parts in impact test as an example,the product structure and parts damage are analyzed,and the finite element analysis and optimization design are carried out.The Simulation software is used to analyze the fatigue strength of the box parts,view the stress and deformation nephogram,and quickly locate the weak points of the structure.The structural strength is improved by increasing the stiffened plate,increasing the thickness or reinforcing the boss;simulation result analysis and impact test of products are conducted.It is pointed out that the mass of the optimized box increases by 2.5%,the overall shape is basically unchanged,the mechanical interface is unchanged,and the box parts are not damaged,and using finite element analysis to optimize structural design of parts can shorten the cycle of new product development and save the R&D costs.
