条并卷机夹盘挤坏筒管的解决措施

摘　　要：为了解决条并卷机夹盘挤坏筒管,导致漏条、棉卷成形不良、棉卷质量不匀率偏大、精梳机生产效率低等问题,分析成卷罗拉轴承包内轴承严重磨损、成卷罗拉与夹盘间隙过大、上送筒管未达到设定位置、夹盘法兰盘严重磨损、夹盘轴承磨损和筒管质量较差造成并卷机筒管损坏的原因和调整措施。指出:在生产实践中,要熟悉设备性能,掌握夹盘加压装置、上管装置调试技巧和操作方法,通过及时更换磨损轴承、定位法兰、选择合格筒管等措施,避免条并卷机夹盘装置出现故障、损坏筒管。In order to solve bobbin crashed by clamp of draw frame and lap machine combined,resulting in sliver leakage,bad cotton lap forming,high quality unevenness of cotton lap and low production efficiency of combing machine,the reasons and adjusting measures for damage of bobbin of draw frame and lap machine combined are analyzed,such as severe wear of bearing of lap roller,too large gap between lap roller and clamp,not reaching set position of upper bobbin,serious wear of clamp and flange,wear of clamp bearing and poor quality of bobbin.It is pointed out that in the production practice,it is necessary to be familiar with the equipment performance,master the debugging skills and operation methods of clamp pressure device and up bobbin loading device,and avoid the damage of bobbin caused by the failure of clamp device of draw frame and lap machine combined through timely replacement of worn bearing,locating flange and selecting qualified bobbin.
