摘  要:为降低生产成本并提高成纱质量,用皮马棉代替新疆长绒棉纺CJ 7.3 tex纱,对比分析两种棉花的主要物理指标及皮马棉纺纱流程;通过试验对比,探讨精梳、粗纱工艺参数。指出:采用加大罗拉隔距和后区牵伸倍数,能提高皮马棉成纱质量;用皮马棉纺CJ 7.3 tex纱,成本低,且布面无异纤,成纱质量优于长绒棉。In order to reduce production cost and improve yarn quality,CJ 7.3 tex yarn is spun with Pima cotton instead of Xinjiang long-staple cotton.The main physical indexes of the two kinds of cotton and spinning process of Pima cotton are compared and analyzed.Through the test comparison,process parameters of combing and roving are discussed.It is pointed out that the yarn quality of Pima cotton can be improved by increasing the roller gauge and drafting multiple of back zone,and CJ 7.3 tex yarn spun with Pima cotton is low in cost,and has good yarn quality,and fabric made of CJ 7.3 tex yarn has no foreign fiber;the yarn quality of Pima cotton is better than that of long staple cotton.
