摘  要:针对纺纱厂工序多、流程长、设备机台数量多且连续化生产的现状,从设备、器材、工艺技术、运转操作管理、设备维护管理多方面总结节能降耗措施:清梳工序采用高产梳棉机、减少机台数,精并粗工序采用节能风机和一道并条,细纱工序采用永磁电机、集落长车、吸棉负压风机频率控制与单锭监测系统配套以及机械式集聚纺装置,络筒工序采用高效节能吹吸清洁机、双级节能螺杆空压机;通过对比重定量工艺纺集聚纺CJ 18.5 tex纱的成纱质量、合理设置一落纱不同时间段锭速、加强运转操作管理及设备维护管理,也可以有效节约能耗。指出:实施节能降耗措施点多面广,应贯穿整个工厂设计选型和生产管理始终,这是一项持久工作,企业应认真对待,多方面着手。In view of the current situation of multiple procedures,long process,large number of equipment and machines and continuous production in spinning mills,energy-saving and consumption reduction measures are summarized from the aspects of equipment,accessories,process technology,operation management and equipment maintenance management:adopting highyield carding machine to reduce the number of machines in blowing-carding process,adopting energy-saving fan and one time drawing in combing-drawing-roving process,adopting permanent magnet motor,collective doffing long vehicle,cotton suction negative pressure fan frequency control,single spindle monitoring system and mechanical compact spinning device in spinning process,and adopting the highe-fficiency energy-saving blow suction cleaning machine and the two-stage energy-saving screw air compressor in winding process.By comparing the yarn quality of compact CJ 18.5 tex yarn spun by heavy weight per unit process,reasonably setting the spinning speed in different periods of a falling yarn,strengthening the operation management and equipment maintenance management is also an effective way to save energy.It is pointed out that the implementation of energy-saving measures involves many aspects and wide areas,and should run through the whole plant design,selection and production management.Saving energy and reducing consumption is a lasting work,enterprises should take it seriously and start from many aspects.
