摘　　要：为提高废棉利用率,降低成本,利用棉花清分机对异纤清除机处理后的含有异纤的废棉再处理;介绍清分机使用注意事项、清除异纤的效果,并总结其发展方向;通过清分机再处理纤维纺纱质量分析和处理后棉纤维与原棉质量对比,说明处理后的棉纤维可正常用于纺纱,且纺纱质量与正常原棉相当。指出:清分机对异纤的清除效率高、效果好,能提高废棉利用率;今后应在提高产量、扩大适应性、提高自动化程度方面下功夫。In order to improve the utilization rate of waste cotton and reduce cost,the cotton cleaner is used to reprocess the waste cotton containing foreign fiber after the removal of fiber of foreign fiber removal machine.The points for attention and the effect of removing foreign fiber in the use of cotton cleaner are introduced,and its development direction is summarized.By analyzing the spinning quality of the retreated fiber and comparing the quality of the treated cotton fiber with that of the raw cotton,it is indicated that the treated cotton fiber can be used for spinning normally,and the spinning quality is equivalent to that of the normal raw cotton.It is pointed out that the cotton cleaner has high efficiency and good effect on the removal of foreign fiber,and can improve the utilization rate of waste cotton.In the future,efforts should be made to increase output,expand adaptability and improve automation.
