自由贸易试验区经济效应前沿研究述评

摘　　要：自贸试验区是中国改革开放的新高地,是畅通双循环的战略枢纽,是推动区域经济协调发展的重要平台。自2013年自贸试验区设立,学界对自贸试验区的研究文献层见叠出,尤以其经济效应研究显学。在厘清自贸试验区战略内涵与功能定位的基础上,归纳述评了国内外相关研究文献。研究发现,中国自贸试验区经济效应前沿研究主要集中在经济增长效应、经济开放效应、结构升级效应三大方面。未来几年,自贸试验区经济效应研究应聚焦于四个方面:一是构建中国情境下的自贸试验区经济效应理论模型;二是探索要素和产品流通下自贸试验区经济效应的有效溢出路径;三是探究时间和空间维度下自贸试验区经济效应溢出的动态研究范式;四是拓展数字经济驱动自贸试验区经济效应溢出的机制与路径。Pilot Free Trade Zones(PFTZs)are new highlands in“Reform and Open”,strategic pivots for“Dual Circulation”,and important platforms to“Coordinated Development of Regional Economy”in China.Since the establishment of PFTZ in 2013,there has been an increasing number of research on the topic of PFTZs from various perspectives,especially on economic effects of PFTZs.Based on the connotation,function and orientation of PFTZs,this paper critically reviews the previous literature in China and abroad.It is concluded that the frontier research on the economic effects of PFTZs mainly focuses on three fronts:effects on economic growth,economic opening-up and structural upgrading.In the coming years,it is suggested that further research centered on the economic effects of PFTZs might cover four aspects:the first is to construct theoretical models on economic effects in the context of China;the second is to analyze the effective spillover path on the economic effects from the perspective of circulation of factors and products;the third is to explore the dynamic research paradigm of spillover effects in the dimensions of time and distance;and the last is to expand the mechanism and path of economic spillover effect driven by digital economy in PFTZs.
