精细化护理在支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化护理在支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月1日~2021年1月1日收治的200例支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理;比较两组护理前后治疗依从性、临床症状消失时间、肺功能[包括用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气高峰流量(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))]及生活质量[采用儿童生存质量普适性核心量表(PedsQL TM 4.0)]。结果:护理后,两组用药、运动、饮食依从性评分,FVC、PEF、FEV_(1)、PedsQL TM 4.0评分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组发热、咳嗽、临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿实施精细化护理,可提高治疗依从性,促进临床症状消失,改善肺功能指标水平,从而提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of fine nursing in children with bronchopneumonia by aerosol inhalation.Methods:During January 1,2020 to January 1,2021,200 children with aerosol inhalation of bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given fine nursing.Treatment compliance,clinical symptom resolution time,lung function inclusing forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),first second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1))and quality of life by universal core scale of child quality of life(PedsQLTM4.0)were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the score of medication,exercise,diet compliance,FVC,PEF,FEV_(1)and PedsQL TM 4.0 scores were higher in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),and better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The disappearance time of fever,cough and clinical symptoms was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fine nursing in children with bronchopneumonia by aerosol inhalation can improve the treatment compliance,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve the level of lung function indicators,and improve the quality of life.
