改良ECF漂白工艺在杨木浆生产中的应用实践

摘　　要：为提高制浆产能,降低排水污染负荷,公司利用未漂浆塔,对原ECF工艺进行改进,将制浆工艺由“D_(0)-EP-D_(1)”三段漂白调整为“EP0-D_(0)-EP_(1)-D_(1)”四段漂白,通过增加一段H_(2)O_(2)的漂白,制浆年产能由10万吨提高到12万吨,吨浆ClO_(2)用量下降7kg。改进后的ECF四段漂白工艺,降低了生产成本,减少了漂白化学品使用,吨浆污染物在原工艺基础上减少1.7kg,达到了企业节约生产成本、提产增效的目的,符合国家现有环保政策及发展趋势。In order to increase pulping capacity and reduce drainage pollution load, Baiyun Paper Co., Ltd. of Zhumadian prepared the modified ECF process, more specifically, the “EP0-D_(0)-EP_(1)-D_(1)” four-stage bleaching process from the “D_(0)-EP-D_(1)” three-stage bleaching process. Such strategy enables the improvement of pulping capacity, from 100,000 to 120,000 ton/year, the decrease of the ClO_(2) dosage of 7 kg per ton pulp and pollutants of 1.7 kg per ton pulp. The improved ECF four-stage bleaching process can reduce the production cost and the dosage of bleaching chemicals, which meets with the state’s environmental protection policies and development trends.
