摘 要:为了提高疏水性药物的缓释性能,采用离子交联的方法制备复合水凝胶球并进行改性研究。以海藻酸钠(Sodium alginate,SA)和纤维素纳米纤维(Cellulose nanofibers,CNFs)为原料,制备不同CNFs含量的CNFs/SA复合水凝胶球。通过形貌表征和吸水率测试,探讨了CNFs对凝胶球的结构、成型性和溶胀率的影响。以布洛芬(Ibuprofen,IBU)作为药物模型,研究水凝胶球载体对IBU释放性能的影响。实验表明,随着CNFs含量增加,复合水凝胶球的成型性及在生理盐水中的稳定性提高。水凝胶载体对疏水性药物IBU有明显缓释作用,加入CNFs后,IBU在相同时间内的释放量高于纯SA水凝胶球载体。当CNFs含量为21%时,所得复合水凝胶球网络结构规整,在生理盐水中的稳定性最好,IBU释放时间长。To improve the sustained release performance of hydrophobic drugs,composite hydrogel spheres were prepared and modified with theionic cross-linking method.CNFs/SAcomposite hydrogel spheres with different CNFs contents were prepared by using sodium alginate(Sodium alginate,SA)and cellulose nanofibers(Cellulose nanofibers,CNFs)as raw materials.The effects of CNFs on the structure,formability and swelling of the hydrogel spheres were investigated by morphology characterization and water absorption test.The effect of hydrogel spheres carrier on IBU release properties were studied by using ibuprofen(Ibuprofen,IBU)as the drug model.Experiments showed that the formability of the composite hydrogel spheres and the stability in physiological saline were raised with the increase of CNFs content.The hydrogel carrier had obvious slow-release effect on hydrophobic IBU and the release amount in the same time was higher than that of pure SA hydrogel spheres after adding CNFs.In summary,the network structure of the composite hydrogel spheres was regular,with the best stability in physiological saline and the maintaining release of ibuprofen when the CNFs content was 21%.
