摘 要:承插式连接是一种桥梁下部结构的节段预制拼装连接方式,具有精度要求低、施工工序简单、现场作业量少、施工工期短、施工质量可控且造价低等优点。为促进承插式连接技术在预制拼装桥墩建设中的应用和发展,首先介绍承插式连接在桥梁工程领域的研究现状,如承插式连接的种类以及应用情况,再分析承插式连接构造的关键设计参数,如承插深度、钢筋配置、键齿构造、嵌缝材料、嵌缝宽度和目标连接构件尺寸等,对承插结构力学行为的影响,同时讨论改善承插结构抗震性能的方法,指出现有桥梁工程中应用承插式连接技术亟待解决的问题,尤其是与抗震性能相关的设计参数的研究不足,限制了其在中高烈度区的推广使用,最后提出进一步的研究方向。Socket connection is a joint connecting measure for bridge substructures, and it has many advantages, such as the large accuracy tolerance, the simple construction process, the small on-site work, the short construction period, the controllable quality and the low cost.Aiming at improving the application and development of socket connections in bridge-substructure constructions, the state of art of socket connections in bridge engineering is introduced firstly, including the type and the application of socket connections, and then the effects of key design parameters, including the socketing length, the reinforcement configuration, the shear key, the material and width of filleting and the receiving-member size, on the mechanical behaviors of the socketed structures.Meanwhile, some approaches of improving the seismic performance of socketed structures are discussed.Finally, it is pointed out that some problems hindering or delaying the application of socket connections in moderate to high seismic regions shall be solved.Furthermore, research directions are emphasized.
