贵阳山地城市避灾绿地适宜性评价

摘　　要：为了协调山地城市人居安全与和谐演进之间的矛盾,针对贵阳市绿地避灾适宜性,探讨山地城市绿地的避灾功能、分类和等级,以期为山地城市绿地避灾规划提供参考。本文运用现场勘察和实地测量方法对贵阳市16处绿地进行数据采集,采取层次分析法对绿地的相关指标进行层次排序及指标权重计算;借助熵值法分析各因素熵值、差异系数及因子权重。研究结果表明:(1)通过对贵阳市16处公园绿地立地环境、规模、通达性和绿地设施完备程度的调查发现:位于平地地形且开阔的绿地避灾适宜性较高,避灾规模最大的绿地为花溪十里河滩城市湿地公园,具备中心避灾绿地的条件;开放性绿地通达性最好,如振华广场和白云公园;绿地避灾设施完备程度最高的为筑城广场和观山湖公园。(2)根据16处绿地的指标得分、综合得分及排序可知花溪十里河滩城市湿地公园综合得分最高,分值为1,贵阳市药用植物园得分最低,为0.119 38。对贵阳市绿地避灾适宜性评价可为山地城市避灾绿地的规划和建设提供参考。In order to coordinate the contradiction between the safety of human settlements and the harmonious evolution of mountainous cities,the disaster avoidance function,classification and grade of green space in mountain cities of Guiyang were discussed from the perspective of suitability for disaster avoidance,with a view to provide planning reference for avoiding disasters for green space in mountainous cities.Based on the on-site survey and field measurements,data for 16 green spaces in Guiyang were collected.The relevant indicators and index weights were sorted using the alalytic hierarchy process.The entropy value,difference coefficient and factor weight of each factor were analyzed with the help of entropy analysis method.The results are illustrated as follows.(1)From the investigation of the site environment,scale,accessibility,and completeness of green space facilities in 16 parks and green spaces in Guiyang,it is found that the open green space on the flat terrain is more suitable for the disaster avoidance;the one with the largest disaster avoidance scale is the Huaxi Shili River Beach Urban Wetland Park,which has conditions for the central disaster prevention green space;the open green spaces are the most accessible,such as the Zhenhua Plaza and the Baiyun Park;the green space disaster prevention facilities are the most complete in the Zhucheng Square and the Guanshan Lake Park.(2)According to the indicator scores,comprehensive scores and ranking of 16 green spaces,the Huaxi Shili River Beach Urban Wetland Park scores the highest,with a score of 1,and the Guiyang Medicinal Botanical Garden scores the lowest with 0.119 38.The evaluation of the suitability of green space for disaster avoidance in Guiyang can provide a reference for the planning and construction of disaster avoidance green space in mountainous cities.
