摘 要:应急装备是应对各类灾害事故等突发事件应急过程中所必需的重要装备保障。为探讨应急装备在复杂多样灾害环境下的环境适应性评价方法,从现有装备评价方法出发,针对典型灾害环境及应急装备特点进行了改进和综合运用,发展了适用于典型应急装备灾害环境适应性的评价技术,最终建立了以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的多层次、多指标评价方法,并进行了应用。该方法可用于构建及完善应急装备环境适应性评价体系,同时也为建立灾害环境适应性检测平台提供关键支撑。Emergency equipment is the necessary materials to guarantee the process of responding to various disasters,accidents and other emergencies.In order to explore the environmental adaptation evaluation methods of emergency equipment in complex or extreme disaster environment,the evaluation methods of equipment are improved and comprehensively applied,which is directed at the typical characteristics of disaster environment and emergency equipment.And the evaluation technology for the environment adaptation of typical emergency equipment has been developed.Finally,a multi-level and multi-index evaluation method is established and applied.This method can be used to construct and optimize the environmental adaptation evaluation system of emergency materials,and also provide key support for the establishment of disaster environment adaptability testing platform.
