摘 要:研究通过FDS数值模拟,设计一段两端非封闭的电缆沟道模型,模拟研究了火源位置因素对电缆火灾的火势、烟气蔓延情况和温度变化等的影响规律,并研究了自动喷水灭火系统对火灾的抑制作用。结果表明,电缆沟道火灾发生5.4 s后,烟气上升至沟道顶部形成顶棚射流。火灾过程中沟道内最高温度达1000℃左右,1.5 m高处的温度可达70℃。火源位置在高处时火焰蔓延速度更快,火源在底层时烟气流动的雷诺数更大,火源在沟道中间时燃烧更快。研究成果可为高压电缆沟道内的消防安全设计提供合理的技术支撑。Based on FDS numerical simulation,this study designs a non-closed cable trench model at both ends,simulates and studies the law of effect of fire source location factors on cable fire,smoke spread and temperature change,and studies the suppression effect of automatic sprinkler system on fire.The results show that 5.4 s after the cable trench fire,the smoke rises to the top of the trench and forms a ceiling jet.In the process of fire,the maximum temperature in the trench is about 1000℃,and the temperature at the height of 1.5 m can reach 70℃.When the fire source is located at a high place,the flame spreads faster,and when the fire source is at the bottom,the Reynolds number of smoke flow is greater.The combustion is faster,when the fire source is in the middle of the trench.The research findings will provide reasonable technical support for the fire safety design in the high-voltage cable trench.
