摘　　要：在我国民航业快速发展的背景下,民用航空机场数量持续增加,民用航空机场区域所面临的安保压力不断增大,现有应急预案的有效性经受巨大考验。应急处置机制作为预案的核心内容之一,是预案优化的重要内容。在给出机场安保事件的基本定义、特点的基础上,分析了机场应急处置机制的现状,并从组织体系、协作关系及处置流程两个方面,系统梳理了机场应急处置机制可能存在的不足之处,并针对性地提出了若干优化建议,为推进机场应急处置机制持续性改进提供思路,进一步增强预案可行性和有效性。In the context of the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,the number of civil aviation airports continues to increase,and the security pressure on civil aviation airport areas continues to grow,putting the effectiveness of existing emergency plans to a great test.As one of the core contents of the plan,the emergency disposal mechanism is an important part of plan optimization.On the basis of the basic definition and characteristics of airport security incidents,this paper analyzes the current situation of airport emergency handling mechanism,and systematically sorts out the possible shortcomings of airport emergency handling mechanism from two aspects of organization system,collaboration relationship and handling process,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization in order to provide ideas to promote the continuous improvement of airport emergency handling mechanism and further promote the strengthening of feasibility and effectiveness of the plan.
