摘  要:在我国城市规划由“增量规划”转向“存量规划”背景下,城市微更新愈发重要,滨水居住空间作为城市建设中的一个重点项目,在城市微更新中同样有着举足轻重的地位。文章将触媒理论与微更新理论共同引入到滨水居住空间的更新设计中,对阜新市清水畔小区进行空间梳理,并结合小区现状以及设施条件,运用有形触媒中点触媒、线触媒、面触媒以及无形触媒中软触媒相结合的手段,对小区进行微更新、再焕活,为滨水居住空间更新提供新思路。Due to the background of China’s urban planning shifted from “incremental planning” to “stock planning”, the urban microrenewal becomes more and more important, and as a key project of urban construction, waterfront residential space plays a pivotal role in the undertaking of urban micro-renewal. This paper brings the catalyst theory and the micro-renewal theory into the renewal design of the waterfront residential space, and sorts out the spatial elements of Qingshuipan Community in Fuxin City. Further by taking into consideration the current situation and establishments of the community, this article adopts the methods of the point catalyst, linear catalyst,and face catalyst in tangible catalyst, and the soft catalyst in intangible catalyst to make micro-renewal and revitalization of this community,providing new thoughts for the renewal of waterfront residential space.
