摘 要:以大花黄牡丹(Paeonia ludlowii)腋芽和顶芽为试验材料,研究不同浓度6-BA对不定芽诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明,在不定芽的增殖培养中,分化较好的培养基为WPM+30.0 g/L蔗糖+7.5 g/L琼脂+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+30.2 mg/L GA,pH为5.8~6.0;培养基中添加0.5 mg/L 6-BA能较显著提高不定芽的增殖,试管苗的生长状况表现最优。从大花黄牡丹不定芽的增殖和生长状况来看,添加了6-BA的培养基更有利于组培苗的生长。Axillary buds and terminal buds of Paeonia ludlowii were used as test materials to study the effects of different concentrations of 6-BA on the induction and multiplication of adventitious buds.The results showed that,in the multiplication culture of adventitious buds,the better medium for differentiation was WPM+30.0 g/L sucrose+7.5 g/L agar+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+30.2 mg/L GA,pH 5.8~6.0;the addition of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA to the medium significantly improved the multiplication of adventitious buds,and the growth of test tube seedlings showed the best performance.In terms of the multiplication and growth of Paeonia ludlowii adventitious shoots,the medium supplemented with 6-BA was more favorable for the growth of tissue culture seedlings.
