摘　　要：对护理诊断差异性验证方法进行综述,共检索到6种差异性验证方法,分别为Gordon&Sweeney模型、Fehring模型、Hoskins模型、潜在类别模型、多重对应分析及决策树,通过对差异性验证方法的主要内容、特点及应用现状进行比较分析,总结各种方法的优势、局限性及未来研究方向,以期为临床护理人员开展护理诊断的差异性验证研究提供参考。We reviewed the differential validation methods of nursing diagnoses and retrieved a total of six differential validation methods,which are Gordon&Sweeney model,Fehring model,Hoskins model,latent class model,multiple correspondence analysis and decision tree.Through the comparison and analysis of the main contents,characteristics and application status of the differential validation methods,we summarized the advantages and limitations of various methods,and future research directions,in order to provide reference for clinical nursing staff to carry out the differential validation research of nursing diagnoses.
