摘 要:鉴于常规一次调频方式对机组经济性的影响,以660MW超超临界汽轮机组为分析对象,从抽汽侧和给水侧提出一次调频优化手段。研究表明,采用蒸汽侧或给水侧一次调频时给水温度大幅降低,采用蒸汽侧一次调频会引起高加的工作压力变化。通过对比,推荐采用给水调频旁路来提升机组一次调频能力。In view of the impact of conventional primary frequency modulation on unit economy,the optimization method of primary frequency modulation was proposed from the steam side and the feed side,taking the 660MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine unit as the analysis object.The results show that the feed water temperature decreases greatly when the steam side or the feed water side primary frequency modulation is adopted,and the steam side primary frequency modulation will cause the change of high working pressure.By comparison,it is recommended to adopt the feed water frequency modulation bypass to improve the primary frequency modulation capacity of the unit.
