摘  要:铜、铅在国家发展和建设中占有重要地位,但随着铜铅易选矿石的逐渐消耗,铜铅难选矿石的研究成为必然。以滇西某低品位铜铅复杂多金属硫化矿为研究对象,采用“铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—铅硫分离”的工艺流程,采用新型高效的环保捕收剂KP16与乙基黄药作为组合捕收剂浮选该矿石。闭路试验显示,铜、铅、银得到了高效回收,铜精矿、铅精矿中的银总回收率为77.58%。研究成果可为同类型矿石高效综合利用提供技术依据,具有借鉴意义。Copper and lead play important roles in the development and construction of China.However,with the gradual consumption of easy beneficiation copper-lead ore,the study of refractory copper-lead ore has become inevitable.Taking a low-grade copper-lead complex polymetallic sulfide ore in western Yunnan as the research object,the process of“copper-lead mixed flotation,copper-lead separation,and lead-sulfur separation”was adopted,and a new and efficient environmentally friendly collector KP16 was combined with ethyl xanthate to float the ore.The closed-circuit test shows that,copper,lead and silver are recovered efficiently,and the total recovery of silver in copper concentrate and lead concentrate is 77.58%.It provides a technical basis for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of the ore,and has a reference for the study of the same type of ore.
