摘  要:在ETFE(Ethylene Tetra Fluro Ethylene)薄膜表面涂覆一层纳米铯钨青铜隔热涂层,对制备的隔热膜进行光学、涂层附着、溶剂擦拭焊接、力学、老化、降温等性能进行研究,结果表明:ETFE隔热膜满足膜结构加工中焊接要求,涂层附着及老化性能优异,可在户外长期使用;随着涂层中铯钨青铜浓度的增加,太阳光透过率与可见光透过率逐渐下降,紫外阻隔率保持不变;涂层中铯钨青铜浓度增加到26.5wt%,红外阻隔率接近100%,继续增加铯钨青铜浓度对红外阻隔率提升作用有限。将隔热膜设计为3层气枕模型,其可见光透过率41.04%,太阳光透射比23.23%,红外阻隔率99.58%,满足绿建三星光学要求。使用隔热膜制作的3层气枕膜结构,可以很好地满足大型建筑对采光与节能、绿色建筑的要求。A Nano Cesium Tungsten Bronze thermal insulation coating was coated on the surface of ETFE film,and the optical,coating adhesion,solvent wiping welding,mechanical,aging and cooling properties of the prepared thermal insulation film were studied.The results show that the ETFE thermal insulation film meets the welding requirements in membrane structure processing,and the coating adhesion and aging properties are excellent,which can be used outdoors for a long time;With the increase of Cesium Tungsten Bronze concentration in the coating,the transmittance of sunlight and visible light gradually decreased,while the UV barrier remained unchanged;When the concentration of Cesium Tungsten Bronze in the coating increases to 26.5wt%,the infrared barrier rate is close to 100%.Further increasing the concentration of Cesium Tungsten Bronze has limited effect on improving the infrared barrier rate.The thermal insulation film is designed as a three-layer air cushion model,and its visible transmittance is 41.04%,solar transmittance is 23.23%,and infrared barrier rate is 99.58%,which meets the optical requirements of the three star standard of green building.The three-layer air cushion structure made of heat insulation film can well meet the requirements of large-scale building lighting and energy saving,green building.
