摘 要:以某高校绿建中心近零能耗改造项目为例,探索在低碳背景下夏热冬冷地区既有办公建筑通过节能改造策略达到近零能耗标准的节能潜力,采用OpenStudio能耗模拟软件,按照GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》与建筑实际情况,分别建立基准参照建筑与拟改造近零能耗建筑模型。在基准建筑基础上进行建筑整体气密性、外围护结构性热工性能、新风系统、被动式遮阳与可再生能源利用五方面进行逐项分析,在节能建筑的基础上分析各项措施的节能贡献率与整体改造的效果。研究结果表明,夏热冬冷地区的既有办公建筑节能改造应按照热回收系统>气密性>遮阳系统>围护结构热工性能的优先级进行设计,同时考虑建筑本体及区域内可再生能源的科学利用。The nearly zero energy consumption retrofitting project of a green building center in a university is taken as an example to explore the potential energy saving of existing office buildings in hot summer/cold winter areas through nearly zero energy saving retrofit strategy.With OpenStudio energy consumption simulation software and according to Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings(GB 50189—2015)and the actual situation of buildings,the models of reference buildings and buildings to be retrofitted with nearly zero energy consumption are established respectively.Based on the reference building,this study analyzes the structural thermal performance of envelope,the air tightness of the building,the mechanical ventilation system,passive shading and renewable energy utilization one by one,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the transformation scheme.The results of the study show that energy efficiency retrofitting of existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions should be designed according to the priority of heat recovery system>airtightness>shading system>thermal performance of the envelope,taking into account the scientific use of renewable energy in the region.
