摘  要:以国产煤系中间相沥青为前驱体,用高压渗氮法制备泡沫炭,研究原料粒度、发泡压力、发泡温度对泡沫炭孔胞结构的影响。研究表明:随着中间相沥青粒度的减小,孔胞数目逐渐增多,这归因于粉末间隙的减小延长了发泡过程中熔体内气体饱和所需时间,致使熔体内气体浓度增多,增大了成核密度。发泡压力增加,导致熔体中气体浓度增大,导致了均相成核自由能势垒降低,增大了成核密度,使得孔胞数量逐渐增多且愈发均匀。随着发泡温度的升高,中间相沥青受热转化成熔体的过程中,分子间发生交联反应并释放轻组分,温度越高,释放的轻组分会随之增多,孔胞数量也在逐渐增多。Carbon foam is fabricated by high-pressure nitriding using coal pitch-based mesophase pitch as precursor.The effects of particle size,foaming pressure and foaming temperature of the precursor on the pore cell structure of carbon foam are investigated.The results show that with the decrease of the particle size of the mesophase pitch,the number of cells increases gradually,which is attributed to the decrease of the powder gap,which prolongs the time required for gas saturation in the melt during the foaming process,resulting in an increase in the gas concentration in the melt,and increasing the nucleation density.The increase of the foaming pressure leads to the increase of gas concentration in the melt,resulting in a decrease of homogeneous nucleation free energy potential barrier and the increase of nucleation density,so the number of cells is gradually increased and becomes more uniform.As the foaming temperature increases,in the process of converting the mesophase pitch into a melt by heating,the intermolecular cross-linking reaction occurs and the light components release.The higher the temperature is,the more the light group will be released,and the number of pore cells will also gradually increase.
