摘 要:针对铝用预焙阳极在当前生产过程中面临石油焦细粉焦量过大的难题,给出了解决方案。利用生物质废油与粉焦冷压成型所用的黏结剂性质相似的特点,分别添加质量分数为3%,6%,9%,12%4种比例的生物质废油作为黏结剂制备粉焦成型块,并按照预定的升温曲线进行煅烧,对成型块进行物性、力学性能和电学性能的检测。测试结果表明,添加质量分数为9%的生物质废油制得的粉焦成型块各种性能综合最优,真密度达到2.00 g/cm^(3),抗压强度23 MPa,粉末电阻率500μΩ·m,经过工艺改进有望满足生产要求,本次研究证明将生物质废油用于粉焦冷压成型的方案是可行的,提供了一种“变废为宝”的创新思路。In order to solve the problem of large amount of fine powder coke in petroleum coke for aluminum prebaked anode,in this paper,the solution is given.Based on the similar properties of biomass waste oil and the binder used in cold pressing molding of powder coke,biomass waste oil was used as the binder between powder coke particles.The biomass waste oil with mass fraction of 3%,6%,9%,12% was added as the binder to prepare powder coke forming blocks by calcining according to the predetermined temperature rise curve.The general properties,mechanical properties and electrical properties of the forming blocks were tested.The test results show that the powder coke forming block made by adding 9% biomass waste oil has the best comprehensive performance with the true density of 2.00 g/cm^(3),the compressive strength of 23 MPa,and the powder resistivity of 500μΩ·m.It is expected to meet the production requirements after process improvement,proving that it is feasible to use biomass waste oil in cold pressing forming of powder coke,and provides an innovative idea of"turning waste into treasure".
