摘　　要：培育购房型农业转移人口家庭生计韧性,有利于推进新型城镇化战略行稳致远。文章通过R市田野调查发现,购房型农业转移人口家庭作为庞大农业转移人口群体中的“关键少数”,其城镇化进程中在物质资本、人力资本,社会资本、金融资本、自然资本5个方面均存在一定的风险。其复合型生计风险是传统刚性治理模式强调补缺型应急治理,治理主体单一,实施粗放治理方式和户籍化属地管理综合作用结果。而韧性治理新模式倡导家庭发展型理念,强调多元主体分工协作治理,实施精细化治理,采用流出地与流入地双向共治新手段,从源头上强化购房型农业转移人口家庭生计韧性。在高质量推进新型城镇化战略进程中,培育购房型农业转移人口家庭生计韧性应由刚性治理向韧性治理范式转换。Cultivating the family livelihood resilience of the housing purchasing agricultural transfer population is conducive to promoting the stability of the new urbanization strategy. Based on the field survey in R city, this paper finds that, as the "key minority" of the huge agricultural transfer population group, the households of the house purchasing agricultural transfer population have certain risks in the process of urbanization in five aspects: physical capital, human capital, social capital, financial capital and natural capital. This compound livelihood risk is the result of the comprehensive effect of the traditional rigid governance model that emphasizes the filling emergency governance, the single governance subject, the implementation of extensive governance and the household registration territorial management. The new model of resilience governance advocates the concept of family development, emphasizes the division of labor and cooperation among multiple subjects, implements refined governance, and adopts a new method of two-way co governance between the outflow and inflow areas to strengthen the resilience of the family livelihood of the transfer population from the source of housing purchasing agriculture. In the process of high-quality promotion of the new urbanization strategy, the family livelihood resilience of the housing purchasing agricultural transfer population should be transformed from a rigid governance paradigm to a resilient governance paradigm.
