数字经济时代金融资本内涵的新变化

摘　　要：数字经济时代金融资本数字化与数字资本金融化的融合发展形成了数字金融资本。除具有垄断性、寄生性、腐朽性与食利性等金融资本一般属性外,数字金融资本也具有整体性、高度虚拟化及高度社会化等数字经济时代金融资本的特殊属性。数字经济时代以平台组织为代表的数字经济领域成为金融资本扩张的新领域,数字经济时代金融资本的扩张也因此具有新特征。正确看待数字金融资本的作用及其扩张带来的新挑战,对金融资本进行分级分类管理,引导金融资本在社会经济中发挥重要作用的同时防范金融资本的无序扩张。In the era of digital economy, the integration and development of financial capital digitization and digital capital financialization have formed digital financial capital. In addition to the general attributes of financial capital such as monopoly, parasitism, corruption and profit eating, digital financial capital also has the special attributes of financial capital in the era of digital economy, such as integrity, high virtualization and high socialization. In the era of digital economy, the field of digital economy represented by platform organization has become a new field of financial capital expansion. Therefore, the expansion of financial capital in the era of digital economy has new characteristics. Correctly view the role of digital financial capital and the new challenges brought by its expansion, carry out hierarchical and classified management of financial capital, guide financial capital to play an important role in social economy and prevent the disorderly expansion of financial capital.
