氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎患者的效果及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎患者应用氨溴索联合抗生素治疗的效果及对肺功能的影响。方法94例老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及实验组,各47例。对照组应用抗生素治疗,实验组应用抗生素联合氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]。结果实验组患者的总有效率93.62%高于对照组的78.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的FVC、FEV1比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的FVC(3.92±0.71)L、FEV1(3.06±0.18)L高于对照组的(3.62±0.44)、(2.88±0.22)L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎患者,可以改善患者的症状,提高患者的肺功能,成效确切,建议广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol combined with antibiotics on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and pneumonia and its influence on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and pneumonia were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the experimental group was treated with antibiotics combined with ambroxol.The therapeutic effects,and pulmonary function indexes[force vital capacity(FVC),force expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)]before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 93.62%,which was higher than 78.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the FVC and FEV1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FVC(3.92±0.71)L and FEV1(3.06±0.18)L of patients in the experimental group were higher than(3.62±0.44)and(2.88±0.22)L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ambroxol and antibiotics is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and pneumonia,and can improve patients'symptoms and pulmonary function of patients,which is recommended to be widely used.
