金双歧联合吗丁啉治疗小儿胃肠炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(商品名:金双歧)联合多潘立酮(商品名:吗丁啉)治疗小儿胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法80例胃肠炎患儿,通过抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用吗丁啉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金双歧治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率90.00%高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热时间(2.51±0.76)d、腹泻消失时间(1.69±0.30)d、大便恢复正常时间(1.41±0.86)d均短于对照组的(4.52±1.51)、(3.28±0.62)、(2.55±0.95)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率7.50%明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金双歧联合吗丁啉治疗小儿胃肠炎疗效理想,可进一步降低患儿不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets(trade name:Golden Bifid)combined with domperidone(trade name:motilium)in the treatment of gastroenteritis in children.Methods A total of 80 children with gastroenteritis were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Motilium,and the observation group was treated with Golden Bifid on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of children in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever reduction time(2.51±0.76)d,diarrhea disappearance time(1.69±0.30)d and stool recovery time(1.41±0.86)d in the observation group were shorter than(4.52±1.51),(3.28±0.62)and(2.55±0.95)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of children in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Golden Bifid and Motilium has an ideal effect in the treatment of gastroenteritis in children,which can further lower the incidence of adverse reactions in children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
