中药内消外敷法对急性阳证疮疡患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药内消外敷法在急性阳证疮疡患者中的临床疗效。方法选取89例急性阳证疮疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法分为A组(44例)和B组(45例)。A组采用抗生素联合芙蓉膏外敷治疗,B组实施中药内消外敷法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果B组患者临床治疗总有效率97.78%显著高于A组的77.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的不良反应发生率4.44%低于A组的20.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性阳证疮疡患者应用中药内消外敷法治疗,临床疗效显著,能够有效控制不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with acute ulcer and sore of Yang syndrome.Methods A total of 89 patients with acute ulcer and sore of Yang syndrome were randomly divided into group A(44 cases)and group B(45 cases)by comprehensive balance method.Group A was treated with antibiotics combined with external application of Furong ointment,and group B was treated with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in group B was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 77.27%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 4.44%,which was lower than 20.45%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical efficacy on patients with acute ulcer and sore of Yang syndrome,which can effectively control the adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
