摘　　要：目的探讨围术期心理护理对行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗的老年晚期前列腺癌患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月82例行TURP治疗的老年晚期前列腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为参照组和围术期心理护理组,每组41例。参照组给予常规护理,围术期心理护理组给予围术期心理护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理3周后,围术期心理护理组的SAS、SDS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理3周后,围术期心理护理组的Frankl治疗依从性量表(Frankl)评分高于参照组,美国东部肿瘤协作组体能状态量表(ECOG-PS)评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,围术期心理护理组的残余尿量(RU)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平低于参照组,最大尿流率(Qmax)大于参照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理护理用于行TURP治疗的老年晚期前列腺癌患者中的效果显著,可改善其心理状态。Objective To explore the influences of perioperative psychological nursing on Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer treated with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer who received TURP treatment from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into reference group and perioperative psychological nursing group,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the perioperative psychological nursing group received perioperative psychological nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks of nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the perioperative psychological nursing group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of nursing,the Frankl Behavior Rating Scale(Frankl)score of the perioperative psychological nursing group was higher than that of the reference group,and the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status(ECOG-PS)score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the residual urine(RU)and prostate specific antigen(PSA)level in the perioperative psychological nursing group were lower than those in the reference group,and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)was greater than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing has a significant effect on elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer treated with TURP,which can improve psychological status.
