基于Munro量表的分级护理干预结合间断性变换手术床角度对平卧位长时间手术患者压力性损伤发生情况及舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于Munro量表的分级护理干预结合间断性变换手术床角度在平卧位长时间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的100例平卧位长时间手术患者为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于Munro量表的分级护理干预结合间断性变换手术床角度。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的压力性损伤总发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Kolcaba量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组医生对体位满意度的各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Munro量表的分级护理干预结合间断性变换手术床角度可降低平卧位长时间手术患者的压力性损伤发生率,还能提高患者的舒适度及医生对体位的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of graded nursing intervention based on Munro Scale combined with intermittent change of operating table angle in patients undergoing long time operation in supine position.Methods A total of 100 patients with long time operation in supine position admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing plan,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received graded nursing intervention based on Munro Scale combined with intermittent change of operating table angle on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of stress injury in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 28.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Kolcaba Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of doctors on body position satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The graded nursing intervention based on Munro Scale combined with intermittent change of operating table angle can reduce the incidence of stress injury in patients undergoing long operation in supine position,and can also improve the comfort of patients and the satisfaction of doctors with body position.
