膏方治疗慢性肺系疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：膏方作为一类传统中药剂型,具有补虚、纠偏、却病等特点,其服用方便,口感良好,在临床上广泛运用于多种慢性疾病稳定期的调理。近年来,由于环境污染等因素,慢性肺系疾病发病率呈大幅上升趋势,该类疾病大多病程较长、反复发作、缠绵难愈,而膏方的使用可以起到改善患者各项指标,减少疾病发作次数,提高患者的生活质量等较多作用。本文对近五年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、支气管扩张症、支气管哮喘3种常见肺系疾病的膏方临床应用作一阐述。As a traditional Chinese medicine formulation,ointment has the characteristics of tonifying deficiency,correcting deviations and curing diseases.It is easy to take and has a good taste.It is widely used in the clinical treatment of various chronic diseases in the stable period.In recent years,due to environmental pollution and other factors,the incidence of chronic pulmonary diseases has been on the rise.Most of these diseases have a long course,repeated attacks,and are difficult to heal.The use of ointment can improve various indexes of patients,reduce the number of disease attacks and improve the quality of life of patients.In this paper,the clinical application of ointment in three common lung diseases,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma,in the past five years is described.
