摘　　要：目的:探索竹荪作为天然抗生素配方抗菌的效果。方法:采用Meta分析评价竹荪提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)、大肠埃希菌(E.coli)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、副溶血性弧菌(V.parahemolyticus)5种微生物的抗感染效果,检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库2022年5月之前关于竹荪抑菌效果的研究,整合可用数据后使用Rev Man 5.4进行Meta分析。结果:竹荪抗感染效果从高到低排名为V.parahemolyticus>Salmonella>S.aureus>B.subtilis>E.coli。敏感性分析和异质分析结果表明Meta分析结果均稳定。结论:竹荪提取物对革兰阴性菌的抑制效果较好,在天然抗生素配方中有望其作为革兰阴性菌抑制剂,但仍需更多高质量研究对此结论加以验证。Objective:To explore the antibacterial effect of Dictyophora indusiata as a natural antibiotic formula.Methods:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the antibacterial effect of Dictyophora indusiata extract on five microorganisms including Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureu and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Studies about the antibacterial effect of Dictyophora indusiata on bacterial species before May 2022 on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database were searched.Using Rev Man 5.4 was used for meta-analysis after integrating the available data.Results:The results showed that the anti-infective effect of Dictyophora indusiata extract on bacteria was ranked from high to low as Vibrio parahaemolyticus>Salmonella>Staphylococcus aureus>Bacillus subtilis>Escherichia coli.Sensitivity analysis and heterogeneity analysis showed that the meta-analysis results were stable.Conclusion:Dictyophora indusiata extract has a good inhibitory effect on gram-negative bacteria,and it is expected to be used as a gram-negative bacteria inhibitor in natural antibiotic formulations,but more high-quality studies are still needed to verify this conclusion.
