摘 要:目的 探讨糖尿病患者检验中血脂检验的效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月山东省菏泽市中医医院糖尿病患者80例与健康体检者80名,分别纳入观察组、对照组。两组均进行血液流变学、血脂指标检测,比较两组检测结果。结果 与对照组相比,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组载脂蛋白A(0.95±0.16)g/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.05±0.43)mmol/L比对照组(1.22±0.23)g/L、(1.42±0.47)mmol/L更低,载脂蛋白B(1.18±0.17)g/L、三酰甘油(5.58±1.24)mmol/L、总胆固醇(2.67±1.02)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(4.16±0.95)mmol/L比对照组(0.82±0.24)g/L、(4.53±1.15)mmol/L、(1.28±0.65)mmol/L、(2.85±0.72)mmol/L更高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.619、5.195、10.948、5.553、10.279、9.829,P<0.05);观察组血脂异常率(63.75%)高于对照组(0.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=74.862,P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者检验中应用血脂检验,可提供很好的参考依据,相比健康人群,血脂指标有显著差异,血脂异常率更高,同时血液流变学指标也有明显差异,从而为临床诊治提供指导。Objective To investigate the effect of lipid testing in the testing of diabetic patients. Methods From January 2019 to December 2021, 80 cases of diabetes and 80 healthy people in the Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Shandong Province were selected and included in the observation group and the control group respectively.Both groups were tested for hemorheology and blood lipid indexes. The test results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR of the observation group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The apolipoprotein A(0.95±0.16) g/L and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.05±0.43) mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.22±0.23) g/L and(1.42±0.47) mmol/L, the apolipoprotein B(1.18 ±0.17) g/L, triglyceride(5.58±1.24) mmol/L,total cholesterol(2.67±1.02) mmol/L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(4.16±0.95) mmol/L were higher than those of the control group(0.82±0.24)g/L,(4.53±1.15)mmol/L,(1.28±0.65)mmol/L,(2.85±0.72) mmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.619, 5.195, 10.948, 5.553, 10.279, 9.829, P<0.05). The dyslipidemia rate of the observation group was 63.75% higher than that of the control group(0.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=74.862, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of lipid test in the testing of diabetic patients can provide a good reference basis. Compared with the healthy population, there is a significant difference in lipid indexes and a higher rate of lipid abnormalities, as well as a significant difference in blood rheology indexes, thus providing guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
