摘  要:基于ISO 13399《切削刀具的数据表达及交换》系列标准,构建了标准产品及非标产品系列的ISO 13399扩展标准体系。通过建立符合ISO 13399概念的定义产品参数表,完成了包括刀片、车削刀具、铣削刀具、钻削刀具的参数化建模,制订了工具系统及整体硬质合金刀具的模型建模规则,完成20000余种刀具模型建立。建立了刀具产品的坐标系系统及接口代码,实现了刀具自适应装配,通过三维建模软件的后台装配功能,实现了部件和装配件后台模型到用户前端展示的优化。刀具库装配速度及模型展示速度,目前处于国际同类软件领先水平。开发的《数字化刀具库》已在汽车、模具、机床、航空航天及能源等行业得到应用,为这些行业制造的数字化转型提供了可靠的刀具数据支撑。Based on standards in the ISO 13399 Cutting Tool Data Representation and Exchange series,this article constructs an extended standard system of the ISO 13399 for standard and non-standard product series.By establishing a defined product parameter table that conforms to the ISO 13399 concept,the article completes the parametric modeling of inserts,turning tools,milling tools,and drilling tools,formulates modeling rules for the tool system and all solid carbide cutting tools,and constructs models of more than 20000 kinds of tools.In addition,the coordinate system and interface code of tool products are established,and adaptive tool assembly is realized.By using the backstage assembly function of 3D modeling software,the article optimizes the backstage models of parts and assemblies and presents them to the user frontend.Furthermore,tool library assembly speed and model display speed are currently taking a lead in similar international software.The developed Digital Tool Library has been applied in industries such as automobiles,molds,machine tools,aerospace,and energy,which provides reliable tool data support for the digital manufacturing transformation in these industries.
