摘　　要：阐述了国产多功能聚合物重旦单丝纺牵联合机成套装备及工艺特点,采用聚酯,聚酰胺及生物基聚酯和生物基聚酰胺等聚合物为原料,在纤度333dtex/f(0.32-0.36)mm-2222dtex/f(0.45-0.50)mm范围内,利用聚合物切片熔融纺丝+热空气缓冷+多级水浴冷却+组合多级热辊牵伸的原理,开发多功能聚合物重旦单丝纺牵联合机装备与工艺路线,通过对聚酯,聚酰胺及生物基聚酯和生物基聚酰胺等聚合物原料及产品的归类,根据市场的需求对设备的选型进行配置。从而满足各种聚合重旦单丝生产的需求。This paper describes the equipment and process characteristics of the home-made multi-function polymer heavy denier monofilament spinning and drawing machine,which adopts polyester,polyamide,bio-polyester and bio-polyamide as raw materials,in the range of 333 dtex/F(0.32-0.36)mm-2222 dtex/F(0.45-0.50)mm,the principle of polymer chip melt spinning+hot air slow cooling+multi-stage water bath cooling+combined multi-stage hot roller drafting was used,to develop the equipment and process of multi-functional polymer heavy denier monofilament spinning and drawing combination machine,through the classification of polyester,polyamide,bio-polyester and bio-polyamide,etc.,according to the market demand for equipment selection configuration.So as to meet the needs of all kinds of polymerized heavy denier monofilament production.
