摘 要:为了检测新烟碱类与双酰胺类这2类市面上流行的杀虫剂对温室白粉虱是否具有联合协同防效,利用改良的琼脂保湿浸叶法分别测定了新烟碱类啶虫脒和双酰胺类溴氰虫酰胺对温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)的单剂毒力,并检测了2种药剂1∶1比例复配的联合毒力,通过共毒系数法和共毒因子法对其联合毒力进行评价。结果表明,2种杀虫剂复配的共毒因子为38.99,共毒系数为190.13,表明2种杀虫剂复配后对温室白粉虱的毒性表现出较高的协同增效活性。To detect whether the two popular insecticides,neonicotine and diamide had joint synergistic effect on greenhouse whitefly(Trialeurodes vaporariorum),the single dose toxicity of acetamiprid(neonicotinic insecticide)and cyantraniliprole(diamide insecticide)against greenhouse whitefly was investigated firstly by using an improved agar moisturizing leaf-dipping method,then the combined toxicity of the two insecticides in a 1∶1 ratio was detected.The joint toxicity was evaluated by the method of co-toxicity coefficient and co-toxicity factor.The results showed that the co-toxicity factor was 38.99,and the co-toxicity coefficient of the two insecticides was 190.13,indicating that the toxicity of the two insecticides against greenhouse whitefly showed a high synergistic activity.
