生长期云南半细毛羊的蛋白质需要量的研究

摘  要:试验旨在研究生长期云南半细毛羊的蛋白质需要量。选用50只体重为(37.48±2.40) kg生长期云南半细毛羊公羊,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。各组羊分别饲喂蛋白质水平为8.38%(试验1组)、10.42%(试验2组)、12.49%(试验3组)、14.99%(试验4组)、19.29%(试验5组)的日粮。预试期14 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示:试验1组、试验2组羊的总增重和平均日增重显著低于试验3组、试验4组和试验5组(P<0.05)。随日粮蛋白质水平升高,各组羊干物质采食量逐渐升高(P<0.05),试验5组羊干物质采食量显著高于试验1组、试验2组和试验3组(P<0.05),试验4组羊干物质采食量显著高于试验2组(P<0.05)。试验1组羊料重比显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。生长期云南半细毛羊各组间氮摄入量、尿氮、可消化氮及氮消化率均随着日粮蛋白质水平的提高而显著升高(P<0.05)。试验1组、试验2组沉积氮显著低于试验5组(P<0.05),试验1组显著低于试验4组(P<0.05)。生长期云南半细毛羊维持蛋白质需要量为14.72 g/(W0.75·d),日增重100 g需要的蛋白质为1.33 g/(W0.75·d)。研究表明,日粮蛋白质水平对生长期云南半细毛羊的干物质采食量、平均日增重、料重比、可消化氮、沉积氮、氮的沉积率和氮的消化率影响显著。The aim of the experiment was to study the protein requirement of Yunnan Semi-Fine wool sheep during growing period. Fifty Yunnan Semi-Fine wool sheep with an average body weight of(37.48±2.40) kg were selected and randomly divided into five groups, with ten replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate. Sheep in each group were fed with experimental diets with protein levels of 8.38%(group 1), 10.42%(group 2), 12.49%(group 3), 14.99%(group 4) and 19.29%(group 5), respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 14 d, and the formal trial period lasted for30 d. The results showed that the total weight gain and average daily gain of sheep in group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than those in group 3, group 4 and group 5(P<0.05). With the dietary protein level increasing, dry matter intake of all groups was gradually increased(P<0.05). Dry matter intake in group 5 was significantly higher than that in group 1, group 2 and group 3(P<0.05), and group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 2(P<0.05). Feed to gain ratio of sheep in group 1 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05). Nitrogen intake, urinary nitrogen,digestible nitrogen and nitrogen digestibility of Yunnan Semi-Fine wool sheep in growing period were significantly increased with dietary protein level increasing(P<0.05). The nitrogen deposition in group 1 and group 2 was significantly lower than that in group 5(P<0.05), and that in group 1 was significantly lower than that in group 4(P<0.05). During the growing period, the CP requirement of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep was 14.72 g/(W0.75·d), and the CP requirement of100 g daily gain was 1.33 g/(W0.75·d). The study indicates that dietary protein level has significant effect on dry matter intake, average daily gain, feed to gain ratio, digestible nitrogen, nitrogen deposition, nitrogen deposition rate and nitrogen digestibility.
