摘 要:研究旨在对巴什拜羔羊早期生长发育规律极其生长曲线进行拟合分析,挖掘巴什拜羔羊的生长潜力。试验选取同一批次的300只羔羊,公羔与母羔各150只,测定羔羊0~4月龄平均体重,采用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型,对初生重及各月龄体重进行拟合与分析。结果显示:巴什拜公羔与母羔体重均随着月龄增加而提高,公羔的体重在0~4月龄均极显著高于母羔(P<0.01)。通过拟合分析,3种模型均能够很好地拟合巴什拜羊羔羊的生长曲线,R2均在0.98以上,其中Bertalanffy模型的R2最高,公羔与母羔R2分别为0.977、0.977,且该模型的估计值与实测值最为接近,该模型是预测巴什拜羔羊生长发育规律最理想的模型。研究表明,巴什拜羔羊体重的生长曲线呈上升趋势,符合巴什拜羔羊生长发育的规律,Bertalanffy模型最适合对巴什拜羔羊体重的预测。The study was to fit and analyze the early growth and development law and growth curve of Bashiby lamb, and to tap the growth potential of Bashiby lamb. A total of 300 lambs(150 male and 150 female) were selected from the same batch. The average body weight of lambs from 0 to 4 months of age was measured. Three nonlinear growth models,Logistic, Gompertz and Bertalanffy, were used to fit and analyze the birth weight and body weight of each month of age.The results showed that the weight of male and female Bashiby lambs increased with the increase of month age, and the weight of male lambs was extremely higher than that of female lambs from 0~4 months of age(P<0.01). Through fitting analysis, all the three models could well fit the growth curve of Bashibai lambs, with R~2 above 0.98, among which the R~2 of Bertalanffy model was the highest, and the R~2 of male and female lambs were 0.977 and 0.977, respectively. The estimated value of this model was the closest to measured value, which was the most ideal model to predict the growth and development of Bashiby lamb. The study indicates the growth curve of Bashiby lamb weight showed an increasing trend,which is in line with the growth and development of Bashiby lambs, and the Bertalanffy model is most suitable for predicting the weight of Bashiby lambs.
