摘  要:研究旨在对马源肠道芽孢杆菌进行16S rDNA测序和系统进化分析。采集5匹成年马的新鲜粪便,经划线分离、纯化镜检、生化鉴定后获得5株菌,分别命名为QM、BM、Y1M、Y2M、Z2M,采用16S rDNA扩增通用引物,进行序列测定,测序结果与GenBank DNA数据库的序列比对,并构建进化树。结果显示:QM、BM、Y1M均为蜡样芽孢杆菌,Y2M为解淀粉芽孢杆菌,Z2M为赖氨酸芽孢杆菌。研究表明,马肠道内含有丰富的芽孢杆菌,可为马源益生菌提供天然菌种,促进马属动物肠道健康。The study was to conduct 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of enterobacteriaceae of equine origin. The fresh feces of five adult horses were collected, and the five strains were obtained after stripe separation,purification microscopy and biochemical identification. The strains were named QM, BM, Y1M, Y2M, Z2M, respectively.The 16S r DNA amplification universal primers were used for sequence determination. The sequencing results were compared with GenBank DNA database, and the evolutionary tree was constructed. The results showed that QM, BM and Y1M were all Bacillus cereus, Y2M was Bacillus amylolivier and Z2M was Bacillus lysine. The study indicates that horse intestinal tract is rich in bacillus, which can provide natural strains for horse probiotics and promote intestinal health of horse.
