穿心莲的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的研究进展

摘　　要：穿心莲含有多糖、多酚、黄酮类化合物等多种营养物质,可作为良好的饲料添加剂来源;穿心莲中含有穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、14-去氧穿心莲内酯等有效成分,具有保护肝脏、降血糖、抗癌、抗炎、调节免疫系统、调节肠道菌群等生物学功能。文章综述穿心莲的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用,为穿心莲作为新型饲料添加剂的开发利用提供参考。Andrographis paniculata contains polysaccharides, polyphenols, flavonoids and other nutrients, which can be used in feed additive. Andrographis paniculata contains andrographolide, new andrographolide, 14-deoxygenated andrographolide and other active ingredients, which has the functions of liver protection, hypoglycemic, anti-cancer, antiinflammatory, immune system regulation, intestinal flora regulation and so on. The paper reviews the biological function of Andrographis paniculata and its application in animal production, to provide reference for scientific development and utilization of Andrographis paniculata.
