摘  要:通过调查草地贪夜蛾对7种湖南省主要作物的产卵偏向性,初孵幼虫、2~6龄幼虫对这7种作物的取食选择和3龄幼虫取食不同作物后的存活率,明确了草地贪夜蛾对不同参试作物存在明显的选择偏好,在作物上产卵偏好由高到低依次为玉米、芝麻、棉花、水稻、辣椒、烟草、柑橘。3~6龄幼虫取食偏好由高到低依次为玉米、水稻、芝麻、烟草、柑橘、棉花、辣椒。3龄幼虫取食不同作物的存活率存在显著差异,取食玉米存活率最高(98.33%),取食柑橘存活率最低(11.67%)。草地贪夜蛾在7种作物上均能完成生活史。建议生产上在做好玉米上草地贪夜蛾监测的同时,要加强对水稻上草地贪夜蛾的监测。Spodoptera frugiperd a is a major invasive alien pest with a wide range of hosts and can cause damage to a variety of crops. The feeding preferences of larvae from newly hatched to the sixth instar to seven types of crops in Hunan Province and the survival rate of the third instar larvae feeding on different plants were investigated. The results showed that S. frugiperda has an obvious oviposition and feeding preference in main crops in Hunan Province. The oviposition preferences for different crops were sorted from highest to lowest, in descending order: corn, sesame, cotton, rice, peppers,tobacco, and citrus. Feeding preference of larvae from the third to the sixth instar for main crops in Hunan were as follows,in descending order of preference: corn, rice, sesame, tobacco, citrus, cotton, and pepper. There were significant differences in the survival rates of the third instar larvae feeding on different crops, individuals feeding on maize showed the highest survival rate(98.33%) while citrus-feeding ones had the lowest survival rate(11.67%). S. Frugiperda can complete life cycle on seven crops. We should strengthen the monitoring of S. Frugiperda on corn as well as rice in production.
