摘 要:为研究猪苓不同代谢产物对番茄花叶病毒病的防控作用,以从猪苓菌核中提取的麦角甾醇、蛋白、多糖为材料,以对室内盆栽番茄进行常规喷雾处理的方式开展番茄花叶病毒病预防和治疗试验。结果表明,供试的猪苓代谢产物中,多糖对番茄花叶病毒病的防效最佳,预防效果和治疗效果分别为63.34%和52.09%,由诱抗产生的预防效果优于治疗效果。由此证实猪苓多糖具有作为新型诱抗剂预防番茄花叶病毒病的开发潜力。This study evaluated the control effect of different metabolites of Polyporus umbellatus on tomato mosaic virus disease. The ergosterol, protein, and polysaccharides extracted from the sclerotium of P. umbellatus were used to carry out preventive and therapeutic experiments on potted tomato plants by the conventional spray method. The results showed that the polysaccharide with the mass concentration of 11.02 mg/g had the best control effect among the chosen materials. The prevention effect and therapeutic effect were 63.34% and 52.09%, respectively. And the prevention effect resulting from induced resistance was better than the therapeutic effect. P. umbellatus polysaccharide has the potential as new biopesticide to prevent tomato mosaic virus disease.
