摘 要:目的建立藏药妇洁搽剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对藏药妇洁搽剂中的烈香杜鹃提取物、苄基丙酮、猪毛蒿提取物、丁香酚进行定性鉴别,采用气相色谱(GC)法测定苄基丙酮的含量。结果TLC法斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。苄基丙酮线性回归方程为Y=0.70584X+3.3275(r=0.9999),在203.2~20316.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为96.48%,RSD为2.90%(n=6);检测限为0.2 ng,定量限为0.7 ng。结论本法简便可行、专属性强、结果准确可靠,可用于妇洁搽剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Tibetan medicine Fujie Chaji(妇洁搽剂).Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify the extract of Rhododendron anthopogonoides,benzylacetone,Artemisia scoparia extract and eugenol in Tibetan medicine Fujie Chaji.The content of benzylacetone was determined by gas chromatography(GC).Results TLC spots clear,good separation,negative control without interference;the linear regression equation of benzylacetone was Y=0.70584X+3.3275(r=0.9999),which showed a good linear relationship in the range of 203.2 to 20316.0μg.The average recovery was 96.48%,RSD was 2.90%(n=6).The detection limit was 0.2 ng,and the quantitative limit was 0.7 ng.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible,specific,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Tibetan medicine Fujie Chaji.
